A method of manufacturing a garlic marinade by smashing heated garlic and onions and mixing with purified salt, premix, garlic concentrate, soft wheat flour, fried seasoning, garlic flavor and corn starch is provided. The food additive is used in coating various meats and frying in oil to provide flavor and tenderness. Garlic and onions are steamed until fully heated, smashed, filtered and aged at room temperature. The mixture is added with 0.0001 to 0.1% by weight of purified salt, 0.0001 to 0.2% by weight of premix, 0.0001 to 0.1% by weight of garlic concentrate, 0.01 to 1% by weight of soft wheat flour, 0.0001 to 0.5% by weight of fried seasoning, 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of garlic flavor and 0.001 to 0.6% by weight of corn starch, heated and then aged for 3 to 8hr. |
