The circuit has a resistor connected to a power supply voltage, and a fuse (212) connected in series with the resistor. Three transistors are connected in series with one another and with the fuse. Fuses (218, 219, 220) are connected in parallel with the transistors. A fourth transistor is connected in series with one of the three transistors. A fifth transistor has a terminal that is connected to the fourth transistor.
