An RF signal transmitting/receiving apparatus for supporting a single port of a multi-band mobile terminal is provided to improve the RF signal processing performance of a mobile terminal by reducing the probability of being exposed to noise through traces by designing only two traces at a reception port of an RF signal transmission/reception port. A matching interface unit(120) interfaces transmission and reception signals of each frequency band by impedance-matching them with an internal circuit of a mobile terminal, switches a reception of each frequency band and outputs it to a single port. The first to third matching units(121-123) interface a reception signal of each frequency band by impedance-matching it with the internal circuit of the mobile terminal. The third switch(126) switches a reception signal of each frequency band interfaced by the first to third matching units(121-123) according to a user's band mode selection. The fourth and fifth matching units(124,125) impedance-match transmission signals of a low frequency band and a high frequency band outputted from the internal circuit of the mobile terminal and interface them to an antenna.
