#CMT# #/CMT# The work station has a blower unit (4a) that generates a frontal air flow, which is vertical, for constituting a frontal protection screen for an operator. A blower unit (4b) generates an air flow from and at proximity of an opening (3) in a direction of a manipulation zone (9). The frontal air flow generated by the unit (4a) converges towards the interior of an enclosure that is driven by the air flow generated by the unit (4b). The unit (4b) is placed at the level of an upper position of the opening and the unit (4a) is placed at the level of a bottom position of the opening. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for performing fractionation, sampling and weighing operations, by a manipulation operator, for preventing contaminants, and for manipulating solvent, adhesive, powder or toxic product in microelectronic field, and a fine chemical in laboratories. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The blower unit generating the frontal air flow allows to eliminate guiding performed by a glazed wall, and hence allowing the operator to gain a liberty of movement and in quality of work. The blower unit generates the air flow from and at proximity of the opening in the direction of the manipulation zone, so that the generated air flow avoids all induction when the operator introduces his arms in a confinement enclosure, while creating a pressure barrier permitting to isolate the manipulation zone with respect to the exterior environment. The blower units permit to guarantee the protection of the operator from the environment and the processed products. The work station provides protection to the bronchus of the operator and/or exterior environment from emanation of potentially noxious products and integrity of processed products such as samples from germs of exterior environment. The work station permits to increase the accessibility of the products, while ensuring an optimum prevention of contamination.
