#CMT# #/CMT# The seat has a front face (7) adapted to receive an occupant and an energy absorbing device arranged in a rear of a backrest (4). The device comprises a transversal rear plate (8) which is provided with a rear zone for receiving a cellular polyurethane foam (30) which absorbs mechanical energy, where the zone is hollow toward the front in the plate.
