A server and a method for an emergency receipt service of a mobile service company are provided to perform the emergency receipt service to users of an emergency area in case that emergency is occurred, and guide evacuation to the user holding a mobile terminal by tracking a current location of the mobile terminal receiving an emergency receipt signal through a cell or GPS(Global Positioning System) mode. A user information database(310) stores user information and a mobile phone number matched with the user information. An evacuation information database(325) stores evacuation information matched with the user information. An emergency receipt service module transmits an emergency receipt number by extracting the user information and the mobile phone number placed in the emergency area from the user information database. An evacuation completion information managing module(370) checks up whether the evacuation information is received from the mobile terminal(100) receiving the emergency receipt signal and stores the evacuation information to the evacuation information database if the evacuation information is received.
