A flow meter is provided to alternately deposit a plurality of mesh members and a plurality of spacers in an axial direction thereof to readily assemble a module of the mesh members and the spacers. A flow meter includes a body, and a correction device. The body includes a flow passageway, and a flow speed sensor(24). The flow passageway allows fluid to pass through the passageway and then to be measured. The flow speed sensor is disposed opposite to the flow passageway to detect a flow speed of the fluid passing through the passageway. The correction device is disposed at upper stream of the passageway. The correction device has a correction module including a plurality of mesh members(64) having a plurality of small holes(62) and ring-shaped spacers(66). The plurality of mesh members and spacers are alternately deposited on each other and connected to each other. The mesh members are disposed in a circumferential direction of the small holes at predetermined angular intervals.
