A punching device for forming a groove and a wood mold thereof are provided to use the punching device in forming a hole of a film for a gasket of an LCD monitor and a mobile phone by constructing the punching device. A punching device for forming a groove includes a hollow punching tool, and a discharge port(30). The hollow punching tool presses a whole cloth to form a hole. The hollow discharge port is formed so as to discharge a punched cut cloth through side surfaces of a lower end of the punching tool by forming a hollow part with a vertical inlet of a punching blade of the punching tool. The discharge port is formed on a side surface of a circular blade part(70-1). The punching tool has a vertical incidence angle and a discharge angle such that the cut cloth is smoothly discharged. An angle between the vertical incidence angle and the discharge angle is within 90 to 180 degrees. The punching tool has a discharge port formed at both sides or one side thereof.
