A door lock structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a theft by restricting a door lock rod connected with a door latch from moving vertically even in vertically or horizontally rotating a key cylinder with a stolen tool. A door lock structure of a vehicle is composed of a first key cylinder(2) having a key groove receiving a key; a second key cylinder(5) connected to the first key cylinder by a pin(4) to rotate relatively to first key cylinder in a vertical direction; a first key lever(5b) fixed to the second key cylinder; and a second key lever connected to the first key lever by the pin to rotate relatively to the first key lever in a horizontal direction and fixed to one end of a door lock rod(6) connected with a door latch.
