The stopping part closes an orifice (14) and the actuating part is spaced from a base (10) of a cavity (7) when the device is in the closed position. The actuating part can be made of a rigid material and does not have large dimensions, thus preventing the actuating part from being subjected to any deformation when the stopping device is moved from the closed position to the open position.
