A constructing method for a PSC girder bridge using a fixing device controlling tensile force is comprises a step of installing first reinforced wires(1) at a PSC girder(10) and introducing the first tensile force to the PSC girder, a step of installing the PSC girder on the pier or the bridge and mounting a half-section precast floor plate(20) between upper flanges(12) of the PSC girders laterally placed, a step of introducing the second tensile force to the PSC girder by tightening second reinforced wires(5) placed at the PSC girder, a step of pouring the concrete on the upper side of a half-section precast floor plate and constructing the floor plate slab.
