An inner wall of pipe cooling apparatus having an inner space is provided to obtain uniform inner and outer surfaces of the pipe by instantly cooling the inner wall of the pipe by using a coolant pipe. An apparatus for cooling an inner wall of a pipe includes a dice mold(300), a pipe(500), an outer wall vacuum cooling apparatus(400), a coolant pipe(200), and a fixing body(100). The dice mold forms the pipe having a spiral inner space. The outer wall vacuum cooling apparatus vacuum sucks the outer wall of the pipe when the pipe is extracted to the exterior and simultaneously cools the outer wall of the pipe. The coolant pipe is wound on an outer peripheral surface of the fixing body in a spiral shape. The coolant pipe through which liquid or vapor coolant flows is wound on an inner wall coolant coil fixing body. The fixing body is fixed to a center part of the dice mold. The inner wall of the pipe is in contact with the coolant pipe to be instantly cooled.
