A triple wall pipe for reinforcing weak foundation and manufacturing apparatus for the same are provided to allow profile joint part to have high solidarity, to prevent the profiles from separating, and to maintain high rigidity continuously for long time against high ground pressure. The triple wall pipe for reinforcing weak foundation comprises: profiles with uneven shapes and a linking structure with the secondary shape, which are manufactured from extrusion molding process. The manufacturing apparatus for the triple wall pipe comprises: dices including a body dice, outer dice, and inner dice; a sizing device forming multiple hollows-containing profiles; and a nozzle device forming the linking structure.
