A fermented fruit is provided to inhibit type 1 hypersensitivity reaction such as urticaria, atrophic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, pollinosis, allergic rhinitis, and bronchial asthma induced by IgE and NO generation of macrophage, thereby showing excellent anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect and being usefully used as an anti-cancer agent. The anti-cancer pharmaceutical composition comprises fermented fruit by lactic acid bacteria or enterobacteria as an effective ingredient. In the composition, the fruit is blue-berry, the fermented fruit is obtained by adding the lactic acid bacteria or enterobacteria to a suspension of a freeze-dried material of fruit and then fermenting it, and the lactic acid bacteria or enterobacteria is selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus acidophillus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Enterococcus(Streptococcus) faecium, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium animalis, Bifidobacterium breve K-110, Bifidobacterium longum H-1, and Bacteroidetes species strains.
