A mobile terminal having a camera and a receiver integral type structure is provided to solve a problem of the related art that because a camera and a receiver are separately installed, spaces should be separately secured in a mobile terminal and make it difficult to accomplish a compact mobile terminal. A receiver(20) is integratedly formed around a camera(10). An echoing plate(21), a coil(22) and a permanent magnet(23) are provided within the receiver(20) perform a basic function of the receiver(20). Through-holes are formed along the circumference of the receiver(20) and emit a call sound. A connection member(20) is formed to extend from one side of the receiver(20). A connector(31) is formed on an upper surface of the connection member(30).
