A process cartridge and an image forming apparatus with the same are provided to integrally replace an image carrying unit and a toner carrying unit which are integrally assembled in the process cartridge and regularly maintain a gap between the image carrying unit and the toner carrying unit having an effect on quality of an image when replacing the two units, thereby preventing deterioration of the image quality when replacing the process cartridge. An image forming apparatus comprises the followings: developer agitating units(1g,1h) which include a toner and a carrier, to which the toner is charged and attached, and agitate and carry developer; a developer carrying unit(1e) which carries the developer, supplied from the developer agitating units(1g,1h), by using magnetic force; a toner carrying unit(1d) which carries the toner supplied from the developer carrying unit(1e); an image carrying unit in which an electrostatic latent image of a recorded image is formed and the electrostatic latent image is formed by the toner supplied from the toner carrying unit(1d); a process cartridge(6) in which the image carrying unit and the toner carrying unit(1d) are integrally received; and a receiving unit(1q) which is installed within a main body of the image forming apparatus and has the developer carrying unit(1e) and the developer agitating unit(1g,1h).
