#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a bench shaped frame (2) with a horizontal plate (5) forming a seat, where the plate is carried by a stand (6) comprising two lateral flanges (7). The frame is mounted on rollers (8) equipped with integrated units for braking or locking the rollers in rotation. The flanges support a rotary horizontal support axle (3), placed under the plate, on which a floor panel (4) is rolled, where the axle is associated to a removable motor (11). A fixed rear closing panel (14) receives a marking e.g. advertisement. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for handling a floor panel to temporarily cover a floor surface (claimed) with a protection covering in a theater, sports hall or stadium, where the panel can be made of a sheet made of plastic material such as polyvinyl chloride, or a carpet. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The removable motor when associated to the support axle permits the rolling of the floor panel to form a roll and when disintegrated from the axle permits the unrolling of the panel by simple traction on the end of the panel. The device therefore facilitates the installation and the removal of the protection covering on the receiving floor. Several juxtaposed identical handling devices allow to cover and uncover a large floor surface in a rapid manner without requiring significant efforts. The integrated units permit the braking or locking of the rollers in rotation, which ensures positioning stability. The motor can be positioned and removed in a simple and rapid manner. The frame is mounted on the roller in order to facilitate the displacement of the device. The panel, when rolled over the axle, can be girdled by two or three regularly distributed straps, which avoids the free end of the panel from trailing on the ground. The device, after use, can be arranged or positioned suitably to be used as seat bench.
