A method for preventing particular information on a particular phone number from being displayed when a mobile phone is used without permission is provided to prevent a leakage of information on a particular phone number that a user does not want to be open to others when his/her mobile terminal is used by someone else without permission. When a call or particular data information is received, an operation of reading a caller number is performed(S310,S315). It is checked whether the read caller number and a particular phone number stored in a memory are identical(S320). If the read caller number and the particular phone number are not identical, a normal call reception notification function is performed by ringing a call reception, making vibration or displaying particular data information on a display unit(S325). When the read caller number and the particular phone number are identical, an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag reading operation is performed by using an RFID reader(S350). When a proper tag is read, a call reception notification function is performed(S355,S325). When a proper tag is not read, a call reception notification preventing function is performed(S360).
