A rotatable hinge module for a mobile terminal using a torsional force is provided to simplify the number of assembling processes because the number of components is small, and to reduce a fabrication cost. A platy main bracket(10) is mounted at a main body. A platy sub-bracket(20) is installed to be horizontally rotatable at the center of the main bracket(10) and mounted at a sub-body. A pair of spring units have one end fixed at the main bracket(10) by the medium of the first fixing pin(50) and the other end fixed at the sub-bracket(20) by the medium of the second fixing pin(51), and are disposed to be symmetrical based on the center(O) of rotation. The first and second fixing pins(50,51) are disposed at positions of 90 degrees with a certain rotation radius difference from the center(O) of rotation.
