A horn cover separation preventive structure for a shock test of a steering system of a vehicle comprises a steering wheel(34), a body(31) supporting a lower part of the steering wheel, and a horn cover connected to the center of body. The body and the horn cover are hooked to each other. Such hooking is achieved by a plurality of boss parts(32) formed on the body and hook parts formed on the horn cover corresponding to the boss parts. A plurality of openings(33) are formed on the body, so that the body is regularly broken when the shock test is performed. The opening has a slot shape. The slot is formed in the boss part.
