A horizontal type of mill is provided to improve working and production efficiency, and also to prevent deterioration of liquid. The horizontal type of mill with shortened working time and improved productivity comprises: a main body(10); a vessel shaped container(20) established on one side of the main body(10) which has an inlet(22) and an outlet(24); a rotation axis(30) rotatively established inside container(20) ; multiple pin members(40) formed on the rim part of rotation axis(30) with certain intervals; and a coolant circulating path(50) established inside the rotation axis(30) for cooling the rotation axis(30) and inside of the container(20).
