An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extend a life span of the organic light emitting display device by increasing an area of a pixel with low light emitting efficiency. An organic light emitting display device includes a power supply(30), which generates a driving voltage, a baseband voltage, and driving voltages. The power supply supplies the voltages for driving an organic light emitting display device(35) to a data driver(32) and a scan driver(31) according to a driving signal from a controller. The scan driver controls a select signal for driving the organic light emitting diodes in a pixel region(34). An image display unit(33) includes plural scan lines, plural data lines, and plural pixel regions. The data driver controls data voltages or data currents which represent image signals for respective pixel regions.
