A charging method when a mobile phone is used by another person is provided to minimize the cause of discord in call charges and to prevent malicious use of other mobile phones by realizing user-centered, not owner-centered, mobile call charging criteria. If a user, who wants to execute voice communication by using another person's mobile terminal, attempts a call connection, user information, including associated signals and data, is delivered to an originating-side main MSC through an originating BS and an originating BSC(S100). The originating-side main MSC executes number translation through the received user information, and judges whether a target number for charging exists(S101,S102). If it is judged that a target number for charging exists, the originating-side main MSC extracts a charging number and a password from the received user information, confirms a service company related to the charging number, and delivers the extracted charging number and password and information on the service company to an originating-side charging information switching server(S120). The originating-side charging information switching server accesses the charging information switching server of the service company to confirm whether the charging number is matched with the password(S121). |
