A method and an apparatus for assembling a mothproof window frame is provided to improve productivity by mechanically assembling the coupling portion of the mothproof window frame through a tacker pin. An apparatus for assembling a mothproof window frame includes a frame(11), a longitudinal rail(12), a rear transverse rail(14), a front longitudinal rail(13), a first engaging plate(15), a second engaging plate(16), third and fourth engaging plates(17,18), a brake mechanism(19), and a longitudinal nail gun(20), a transverse nail gun(21). The longitudinal rail is fixed to both sides of the upper surface of the frame. The rear transverse rail is fixed to the rear side of the upper surface of the longitudinal rail. The front transverse rail is assembled so as to move forward and rearward and to fix the position on the front side of the upper surface of the transverse rail. The first engaging plate is assembled so as to move to the right and to the left and to fix the position in the rear transverse rail. The second engaging plate is fixed to the right end of the rear transverse rail. The third and fourth engaging plates are fixed to both sides of the front transverse rail. The brake mechanism is installed between the first, third, and fourth engaging plates and the front and rear transverse rails and between the front transverse rail and the longitudinal rail. The longitudinal nail gun is installed in the first to fourth engaging plates. The transverse nail gun is moved to the right and to the left by an operation cylinder. |
