A cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent anti-oxidative effect, and skin aging inhibiting and wrinkle improving effects by comprising liposomized extract of Sea squirt or extract of Ascidian Tunis. The cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkle comprises an extract of Sea squirt or an extract of Ascidian Tunis. In the composition, the content of the extract of Sea squirt or the extract of Ascidian Tunis is 0.01-30% and the extract is liposomized.
