A method and a system for operating a Bluetooth network and a Bluetooth device for the same are provided to minimize loads on a communication/paging AP(Access Point) and an EM(Enterprise Mobility) server by intercepting paging in case a headset gets out of the radius of paging/inquiry signals. If the first headset in a paging/inquiry radius is powered, a mode transfer part of the first headset sets a control part so as to be changed into a seek enable mode(30). An inquiry AP outputs an inquiry signal to the first headset(31). The control part, in response to the inquiry signal, transmits its own ID to the inquiry AP(32). The inquiry AP transmits ID of the first headset to an EM server(33). The EM server transmits ID of the first headset to a communication/paging AP in order to inform the communication/paging AP that the first headset is within the paging/inquiry radius of the communication/paging AP(34). The communication/paging AP outputs a paging signal to the first headset(35). The control part responds to the received paging signal(36). The mode transfer part puts the control part so as to be changed into an active mode(37) for voice/data communication.
