An embedded antenna and a manufacturing method thereof using in-molding or insert molding are provided to facilitate the manufacture of the embedded antenna without deterioration of performance due to a coupling error between a radiating unit and a carrier. An embedded antenna includes a carrier(10) and a radiating pattern(12). The carrier supports a radiating unit. The radiating pattern is arranged in a predetermined pattern on the carrier. The carrier is formed by injection-molding a dielectric material. The radiating pattern is made of a conductive material, generates an induction current due to an electromagnetic wave, or generates the electromagnetic wave using a current, so that signals are physically inputted and outputted. Bent portions(14,16,18) of the radiating pattern are bent according to a shape of the carrier and formed on a plane which is different from most of the radiating pattern. The radiating pattern is integrated with the carrier by using an in-molding or an insert molding process.
