The machine has a case with a ticket paper reserve, a ticket printer (2), a cutter blade (3) to cut the paper for detaching the tickets, and a ticket bowl for receiving the tickets after being cut. A part of the cut tickets is visible through a window (5). A lever (7), when pushed by a user trying to seize a ticket stuck to the printer by introducing his finger, pivots the ticket printer/cuter blade assembly towards the top to provide a jolt for the detachment of the stuck ticket.
