MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BLACK GINSENG EXTRACTS HAVING CHEMOPREVENTIVE EFFECT ABOUT LARGE INTESTINE CANCER

A method of manufacturing black ginseng extract having an anticancer effect on large intestinal cancer by extracting black ginseng with diluted ethanol having 65% and concentrating several times is provided. The extract exhibits excellent anticancer effect on large intestinal cancer in a laboratory rat. Black ginseng is mixed with diluted ethanol in a weight ratio of 1:4 and heated at 80 to 100deg.C for 20 to 25hr to obtain a first extract which is filtered and concentrated at 80 to 100deg.C to obtain a first concentrate. The above extracted residue is mixed with diluted ethanol in a weight ratio of 1:4 and heated at 80 to 100deg.C for 20 to 25hr to obtain a second extract which is filtered and concentrated at 80 to 100deg.C to obtain a second concentrate. The above extracted residue is mixed with diluted ethanol in a weight ratio of 1:3 and heated at 90 to 110deg.C for 20 to 25hr to obtain a third extract which is filtered and concentrated at 50 to 70deg.C to obtain a third concentrate. The above extracted residue is mixed with diluted ethanol in a weight ratio of 1:3 and heated at 90 to 110deg.C for 20 to 25hr to obtain a fourth extract which is filtered and concentrated at 80 to 100deg.C to obtain a fourth concentrate which is agitated and aged at 40 to 50deg.C for 20 to 25.
