<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device for performing display control of a display device capable of displaying a time on the display device without imposing a load on a host. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device 10 includes a local processor 20, a display memory 40, a display device control circuit 30 for performing display control of the display device, a clock generation circuit 70 for a time for generating a clock for the time, and a host interface circuit 50 for controlling transfer of a signal to/from the host.
