<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allele-specific primer whose pseudo-positive possibility is extremely low and which can accurately discriminate SNP, when a base just adjacent to the 3'-side of a target SNP base is A and when a base adjacent to more one base is G. <P>SOLUTION: The 3'-terminal base is a SNP-corresponding base. The second base from the 3'-terminal is C, and the third base from the 3'-terminal is one of A, T and G. A base sequence from the fourth base of the 3'-terminal to the base of the 5'-terminal is perfectly complementarily designed to a sequence from the three base-adjacent base on the 3'-side from the target SNP base to a desired base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
