<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cultured cell by using a cell culture support enabling easy peeling and recovery of cultured cell, having high safety to the living body or cell in the cell culture stage, in the peeling or recovery of the cell or after the peeling or recovery of the cell and capable of keeping the cell function at a high level. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a cell culture support produced by fixing a block copolymer composed of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide directly through a covalent bond to the surface of a cell culture substrate or through a covalent bond to a cell culture substrate covered with a cell attaching substance, a cell culture method comprising the culture of a cell on the cell culture support, and a method for the peeling and recovery of the cultured cell by temperature change or physical vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
