PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for waterproof sheet, capable of giving flame-retardant waterproof sheet of good balance between mechanical strength and heat resistance and excellent in calendering processability, to provide such a waterproof sheet made from the resin composition, and to provide a method for producing the waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: The resin composition for waterproof sheet comprises the components (A), (B) and (C) mentioned below. The respective amounts of the components (A), (B) and (C) are as follows: the respective proportions of the components(A) and (B) are 90-40 wt.% and 10-60 wt.%, respectively based on a total of 100 wt.% of the components(A) and (B), and the content of the component(C) is 0.1-200 pt(s).wt. based on a total of 100 pts.wt. of the components(A) and (B). The component(A) is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer with a flow activation energy of≥40 kJ/mol, a melt flow rate of 0.1-100 g/10min and a molecular weight distribution index of 5-25.
