PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous coordination polymer having a new structure and especially excellent as a water vapor adsorbent material. SOLUTION: This porous coordination polymer is obtained by reacting metallic chromium or a chromium salt with trimesic acids together with an acid (excluding hydrofluoric acid) having a pKa value smaller than pKa values of the trimesic acids.
