PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a hormone-refractory prostate cancer. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for treating a prostate cancer, which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a cancer antigen peptide-associated agent and a lower dose of an estramustine or a salt thereof to a patient in need thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof.
