PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate which can be successfully joined with a channel forming substrate, and a method for manufacturing the nozzle plate, a droplet head and a droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: This nozzle plate is constituted of a metal substrate with a plurality of nozzles 20 passing through in a thickness direction and also a plurality of projections 22 distributively arranged on the surface of the liquid droplet discharge side.
