The device has a hub (1) fastened to a crankshaft, and a belt pulley (6) connected with the hub. The belt pulley is connected at radially inner side with a torsionally flexible intermediate layer (5), which is connected with a ring-shaped mass. The outer circumference (U) of the belt pulley is provided with geometric irregularities deviated from a circular shape, where the geometric irregularities work against rotary irregularities and displace resonance of the crankshaft.
