PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device capable of reducing a load in strength caused by bending moment under the dead weight of a coil, and also capable of suppressing an excessive radial load from being applied to the coil due to thermal contraction on cooling. SOLUTION: The superconductive magnet device comprises superconducting coils 50 and 60 arranged concentrically so that the axial direction substantially means horizontal; a coil supporting member 70a which supports one end of the superconducting coils 50 and 60; a coil supporting member 70b which supports the other end of the superconducting coil 60; and first and second transfer members 53 and 63 capable of pressurizing the other end side of the superconducting coil 50 upward, by transferring the drag from the superconducting coil 60 against the downward bending deformation under the dead weight of the superconducting coil 50 to the superconducting coil 50. The transfer members 53 and 63 are so configured as to tolerate relative displacement between the superconducting coils 50 and 60 on cooling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
