PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge each electronic apparatus in accordance with priority when a plurality of electronic apparatus are charged. SOLUTION: The data processor comprises a first data processing unit having a first memory, a first data control section, and a first battery section, and a second data processing unit having a second memory, a second data control section, and a second battery section wherein the first data processing unit and the second data processing unit are arranged to be attached and detached mechanically. The data processor further comprises a data transfer control section for transferring data between the first memory and the second memory when the first data processing unit and the second data processing unit are connected mechanically, and a charge control section for charging the first battery section and the second battery section when the data processor is connected with an external power supply means under a state where the first data processing unit and the second data processing unit are connected mechanically.
