PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay device capable of enhancing the precision of gain control. SOLUTION: When a base station having a minimum propagation loss is changed, a radio relay device 10 reads out peripheral base station information transmitted from another base station of which the minimum propagation loss becomes minimum, to specify a base station having a minimum propagation loss, which is necessary for gain control, with a high precision.
