PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a thermal resistance of a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter, and so an electric power resistance. SOLUTION: The SAW filter has a substrate, an SAW resonator 90S1 formed in this substrate and a connectivity pattern 94. IDT 90a which constitutes a SAW resonator 90S1 has a first interdigitated fingers-like electrode, and a second interdigitated fingers-like electrode opposing to this. Further, an electrode finger of the first interdigitated fingers-like electrode has a first face width in the direction which intersects perpendicularly with a direction extending therethrough. A connectivity pattern 94 has a first partial 94a formed on the first interdigitated fingers-like electrode and a second partial 94b connected with the first interdigitated fingers-like electrode and the first partial 94a. The second partial 94b has the second face width narrower than the first face width, in a direction which intersects perpendicularly in a direction for which the electrode finger of the first interdigitated fingers-like electrode extends therethrough, and is formed more thickly than the SAW resonator 90S1.
