PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker structure which has simple configuration while maintaining excellent sound quality. SOLUTION: The speaker structure has a first speaker which has a first diaphragm, a first frame for fixing an outer periphery of the first diaphragm, and a first magnetic circuit for transducing a signal into vibrations to the first diaphragm, a second speaker which has a second diaphragm, a second frame for fixing an outer periphery of the second diaphragm, and a second magnetic circuit for transducing a signal into vibrations to the second diaphragm, and a fixing means of fixing aback of the first magnetic circuit and a back of the second magnetic circuit.
