PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain signal processing capable of restoring an original signal by effectively removing impulsive noise to various signals including detailed signals and cyclic uneven signals, etc. SOLUTION: A signal restoration part 14 inputs signals to be processed to sequentially notice signal points and calculates restoration values at the noticed signal points by calculating an average value of signal values at signal points immediately before and immediately after the noticed signal points and correcting the average value using one or more difference values obtained from the plurality of signal points before or after the noticed signal points. In addition, a signal status determination part 13 checks the plurality of signal points before and after the noticed signal points and determines relation among the plurality of signal points including the noticed signal points. Then, the restoration values or input values by a signal restoration part 14 are selectively output regarding individual signal points according to statuses of the signals obtained from determination results.
