PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a composite image with the desired resolution, image quality, and the like, by receiving only the required codes of pixel image required on the client device side from a server device holding a compression file of the composite image of a plurality of element images. SOLUTION: The server device 100 comprises a code access information creating section 102 for creating code access information, including element image code identification information for accessing the code data of each element image in a composite image compression file, partial code identification information for identifying a partial code accessible under a code state in the code data of each element image, and image output position information, indicative of the output position of each element image and transmitting the code access information to a client device 200.
