PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mounting structure of a seat for a vehicle capable of improving arrangement properties of other interior articles with a small number of parts. SOLUTION: Abutting parts of brackets 14 to mount a seat cushion on a vehicle body with the vehicle body are mounted on an inclined surface on the vehicle body side contracted inward to be symmetrical with respect to a seat center from the viewpoint of the front of the vehicle body.
