A computer keyboard (101) that includes features which assista a child in learning how to type. The keys have different colors bas upn the function of the keys. The number keys (107) are physically separated from the letter keys (103, 105) by a gap (109) to prevent accidental contact with the number keys (107) while typing words. The keyboard (101) includes a mechanism which disabl the normal repeat function. This mechanism prevents the repeated tping of a letter or number regardless of how long the key is pressed. |
