<p>The unit has a control valve (5) interrupting a hydraulic connection between a pressure chamber (15) of an injection nozzle (3) and a supply line (35) and interrupting another hydraulic connection between a control chamber (23) of the nozzle and the supply line in one switching position. The control valve interrupts the former connection and opens the latter connection in another switching position. The valve opens the both the connections in third switching position.</p>
