<p>To place liquid-like body (23) in a liquid-like body filling device (11), a stage (12) receives above the liquid-like body (23) a flat plate (31). A drive mechanism (15) dives the flat plate (31) relative to the stage (12), along the surface of the stage (12). The flat plate (31) is displaced relative to the liquid-like body (23). Because a through-hole (32) in the flat plate (31) is open toward the liquid-like body (23), the opening of the through-hole (32) is rubbed against the liquid-like body (23). The liquid-like body (23) flows into the through-hole (32) and, at the same time, the through-hole (32) is filled with the liquid-like body (23). In addition, because high-pressure is not required, a device of a large scale is not needed. Also, position alignment of the through-hole (32) is not necessary at all.</p> |
