ORGANIC THIN FILM TRANSISTOR DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an organic semiconductor from being damaged in production process and to improve characteristics of a thin film transistor simultaneously. SOLUTION: The organic thin film transistor display panel includes: a substrate; a data line formed on the substrate; a gate line formed so as to cross the data line and including a gate electrode; an interlayer insulating film formed on the gate line and the data line and provided with a first opening to expose the gate electrode; a gate insulator formed at the first opening portion; a source electrode formed on the gate insulator and connected to the data line; a pixel electrode positioned on the gate insulator and including a drain electrode opposing to the source electrode; a partition formed on the source electrode and the drain electrode and defining a second opening portion to expose a part of the source electrode and the drain electrode; and an organic semiconductor formed at the second opening.
