PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CK (creatine kinase) activity-measuring reagent containing a substance capable of inhibiting the deterioration of a CK-activating agent in its reagent solution, since the CK is a dimeric phosphorilating enzyme consisting of two subunits and 3 kinds of isozymes are present by the combination of the 2 kinds of the subunits, by diseases such as myocardial infarction, muscular dystrophy, etc., the CK isozymes presenting in the causing position of the diseases escape in the blood, and in clinical examinations, the values of CK activity contained in specimens such as serum or plasma, become important indices for diagnosing the diseases. SOLUTION: This CK activity-measuring reagent comprises aminomethane sulfonic acid and the CK-activating agent. Thereby, it is possible to provide the CK activity-measuring reagent capable of performing an accurate measurement even after preserving it for a long period. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
